Can I make changes to my order?
- Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please submit your request via "contact us" form within 24hrs of placing your order.
- How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email or call customer support within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the orer has been processed, we are not able to cancel. At such point, the only option will be to return or exchange. For more information about returns and exchanges, please refer to our returns ad exchange policy.
How can I return or exchange my item?
- Do you accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns subject to fulfilment based on the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold on our online store.
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way.
- The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc.
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
To request for a return, please submit your request via "contact us" form. A member of our support staff will respond as soon as possible.
- Can I exchange items?
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

- The item should have in its original packaging with all the tags etc.
- The exchange request is made within 21 days of delivery.

What's up with my order?
- What is the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.
- How long will it take for my order to ship?
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order.
Normally, once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 36 hours to process and mark it ready-for-delivery.
Payments and discounts?
- What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit, credit card, net banking or UPI. Additionally, we support Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other wallets. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
- Can I use multiple discounts on the same order?
Only one discount coupon can be used on a single transaction or a cart. However, discounts on shipping can be combined with coupons so long as the order meets the discount criteria.
